An AI-native operating system built for a construction-tech company: 71 AI jobs covering everything from planning a feature to shipping it, several AI agents working side by side, each in its own copy of the code, and every run logged to an audit trail kept with the code itself. Three months in, the whole company was shipping through it.

Who's behind Caspite
Simon Haddadi
Simon has spent a decade building production software, and now builds with AI every day. That's taught him where AI goes wrong: it takes the problems a business already has and makes them bigger, and it brings a few of its own. Before Caspite, he built the Service NSW digital wallet, used by seven million people, as an engineer there.
He founded Caspite in Sydney and leads the team. The people who design your system are the same people who build it, and they stay with it until your team can run it.
